Keep track on what you do — Atola Insight has a powerful case management system. It allows tracking every action that has been done to a particular hard drive. All reports, firmware files, notes and logs related to the case are automatically saved and can be easily retrieved at any time.

When you attach a hard drive with a new serial number, Atola Insight asks you if you want to create a new case for this device. Then, everything you do with the hard drive gets associated with that case number.
Then, when you attach a hard drive whose serial number is already associated with a particular case number, Atola Insight automatically brings up the history of all operations related to the drive.
