As we step into 2025, we\u2019re excited to share our upcoming products and innovations! But first, let\u2019s take a look back at the key moments of 2024.<\/p>\n<h3>Atola TaskForce 1 &amp; 2 software updates<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/main-reflection-lights-narrow.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5120\" height=\"1840\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7306 aligncenter\" \/>Since the launch of TaskForce 2, it has gained a loyal user base, keeping our assembly engineers busy. We\u2019ve continued to upgrade both TaskForce and TaskForce 2, with the Synology NAS RAID feature being one of our top achievements. This feature brings seamless support for the very popular Synology RAIDs of both SHR\/SHR2 types, instantly detecting RAID configurations and showing partition and file structures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/taskforce-nas-raid-01.png\" alt=\"Synology NAS RAID automatically reassembled in Atola TaskForce\" width=\"2736\" height=\"1824\" class=\"wp-image-7501 size-full aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The 2024 firmware releases <a href=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/verify-segmented-hashes-in-taskforce\/\">2024.1<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/image-synology-nas-with-taskforce\/\">2024.6<\/a> introduced several key features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>System-wide\u00a0<\/span><b>Btrfs<\/b><span>\u00a0support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>System-wide\u00a0<\/span><b>LVM (Logical Volume Manager)<\/b><span>\u00a0support<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Improved capability to <strong>resume imaging<\/strong> in case of power or network connection loss.<\/li>\n<li>Expanded range of <strong>Web API<\/strong> commands for further automation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BitLocker<\/strong> volume detection with FVE Metadata blocks.<\/li>\n<li>Verify <strong>segmented<\/strong> <strong>hashes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span>New <strong>Ethernet bonding<\/strong> mode for ETH1 and ETH2 ports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>New <strong>Hints<\/strong> subsystem shows practical hints to help optimize your work: a hint appears once as a notification, and later can be found in the hint list in the top bar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Express Mode Imaging <\/b>for p<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">ort groups: the ability to instantly image from selected ports to one folder with specific settings and from other specified ports to another folder with other settings.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/taskforce-port-groups-in-express-mode.png\" alt=\"Adding port groups with different settings for Express mode in Atola TaskForce.\" width=\"2736\" height=\"1824\" class=\"wp-image-7506 size-full aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The latest <a href=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/templates-for-target-files\/\">2024.9 release<\/a> brought the a cool new feature:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Target file templates in physical and logical imaging. TaskForce 2 was launched in July 2023 and the assembly engineers had their hands full ever since. Sergiy tested various SSDs and experimented with different setups to get the best assessment, providing valuable insights into their performance in our lab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ssdrace.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"880\" class=\"wp-image-7662 size-full aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Record conferences, presentations and meetings with customers<\/h3>\n<p>2024 was a record year for Atola, with over three dozen conferences, expos, and forensic science workshops in North America and Europe. It was our busiest conference season ever! It has a huge impact on all Ukrainians but especially the people on the frontline, refugees and vulnerable groups. Our teammates continued to donate to initiatives in both humanitarian and defense fields. In one such effort, the <a href=\"https:\/\/tvoya-opora.org\/en\/thousands-of-gifts\">Your Support<\/a> foundation was facilitating people to become a personal Santa for the children of the fallen Ukrainian soldiers.
